Sr. Consultants/ Consultants

As a Sr. Consultant / Consultant you will play an important role to meet talent needs of our National & International clients. Job involves understanding client mandate, accurate & thorough profiling, interviewing and sourcing right candidates.

In this extremely demanding and high profile role you would be responsible for revenues and client satisfaction.

You must be a first class graduate, preferably MBA with at least 1-7 years of experience in recruitment. Domain knowledge in any of the above industry segments is desirable.

Freshers with excellent academic background and communication skills can also be considered for entry level assignments.

Managers

As a Manager you will lead a high performance team of consultants for an industry segment.  The job entails you to showcase high level of people management, client servicing and business development skills.

As a Profit Center Head your job includes understanding client's business and industry, business development, ensuring delivery and working out innovative solutions for meeting client requirements.

You must be a first class post graduate, preferably BE/MBA with at least 8 years of experience in sales and service delivery oriented environment. Experience in recruitment would be an added advantage.

Key Account Managers

As a Key Accounts Manager you would be responsible for defining and achievement of revenue & business from designated accounts. You would be a critical link between clients and the delivery teams and would ensure that account objectives are met.

You would be an outstanding Sales Professional, relationship builder at senior management level, with a flair for ensuring client satisfaction. You must be regular MBA with minimum 8 years of experience in corporate sales and client servicing.
