Our Client Services Team

• Conduct service reviews following each recruitment instruction to ascertain whether your expectations were met and identify any learning points for the future.
• Put service level agreements in place and where possible, tailor our standard service to work in line with your specific recruitment requirements.
• Introduce the full range of SA Career services and new enhancements to maximise cost efficiencies and add value.
• Ensure that a robust account management structure is in place and that it is reviewed on a quarterly basis to monitor key performance indicators.
• Provide market intelligence on employment trends, market conditions, skills shortages and salary levels free of charge.
